Once upon a time, it was a dark stormy night. In this dark stormy night I want to start my story. Hi, I'm the monster Eddie who is living in the house which is on top of the hill. Now, I'm so boring and I always lived like this, before I met some girl, Jenny just  only an one month before. One month ago, I saw some girl playing around my garden with her friends.I thought she will run away whenever she see me, but amazingly, she didn't. She glanced at me and said "Hello. I'm Jerry. Do you want to eat some cookies?" and handed me three cookies. Since one month ago, we started to play together even right now. Ah! I didn't tell you about her family. I'm sorry to say this story but she didn't have her parents. Her parents were died because of accident, so her grandparents is taking care of her. After she helps her grandparents' works such as pick the berries, bake the cookies and clean the house, she plays with the children from the city, two boys and one girl. Aren't you curious how I could meet her? Well, as I told you that Jenny is playing with the city children, right? As she told me, she went to the city and saw the people that who are stranger than me. She didn't care about people's looks and appearance. She could see others' true things. Their true mind and true things. She started to think deeper because of her ability. But there was one bad thing about her. She saw the accident and she was in the accident which killed their parents when she was only about 7 years old. As a result, she really shocked and she couldn't open her story to others even now. I'm so thankful to her and wanted to help her to heal her bad memory. Thus, I am making plan to go to surprise travel with her. Because I want to make her a special memory and i hope she remember me as her father. Also, I want to tell her my secret while our trip. Finally, we planned to go to Alua garden and I told her that she will be the first and also the last person who only listen my secret. "I have a disease and some doctor in my village told me that I will die in 2 months." I was really shocked and want to kill myself but in that time, I met you. Now, I will die in this 3 days and say bye bye to my only best friend, Jerry. I'm in the end of my life and I will die in 3 days. Do you want to ask me why you're telling your story even though you might be really sad. Then, I'll answer like this. I was happy to meet you and tell all of my story before I just gonna die.

     
         The play was end. Some of audience is clapping and some of the audience is almost gonna cry in front of me. Who was a dead Eddie in this play. I was glad to have a role of Eddie and make audience sometimes, cry and also make them smile. I hope I can meet with you at the next play. I was happy to be Eddie for 2 hours in this play.

Describe Perfect Family

           Do you have perfect and happy family? If you have perfect family, what is your ways to describe perfect family? To understand each other, to talk about feeling? I have many opinion, but my best way to describe absolute family, First though some family is a perfect family, sometimes they have little family trouble. Since when you fight with family, the best way to be a good family is you have to say your exact opinion not just plead the fifth. It's reason is if you plead the fifth, anybody in your family member cannot understand your mind. After you say your reason why you fight, family members understand and apologize to you. This way's good point is you can know other's mind and you are able to do the wrong motion again. Second way is useful when you and your family have a vacation. Many families are sleeping or playing computer game and spend their time. I think when you have a vacation you have to make some memory with your family. Of course, if you sleep you are so happy and fresh but that feeling goes only that day. If you want long happiness, spend time with your family is better to sleep in your house. In my case, if my family have some free time we go to park and play badminton. Outdoor activity is more fresh than sleeping. However, they are some family hate outdoor activity. Then your family can do other activity. Playing board game or watching TV could be more enjoyful than outdoor activity. After you have activity with your family you feel very happy. Last way is do my work with my help. Many people try to help family's work but I think do my work with my help is more helpful to family. In parent's case, they are so tired to take care or coach your studying and homework. Except this 3 ways, there are many ways to be perfect family. My famiy is very happy family but now, our family have little fighting, so I want to be the perfect family with this ways.

Juice Rain and the Wish : fiction

          Have you ever been dreaming or wishing about juice rain or a candy snow? It is impossible at real reality but it can happen at fairy tales. Also, this story is about the girl 'Kathy' who wished juice rain to star and moon. Kathy is a girl who love sweet things like candy. Like any days, she is eating candy without exception but there are suddenly raining and she feel blue. All of a sudden, she think about juice rain. Since she can taste sweety juice everyplace where rain. From there, she wished all day and all night to rain juice.

         

          On Sunday morning she wake up in fresh feeling. Outside of the window, there was raining something was strange though. Prompted by curiosity she go out and she surprised and yelled. Why she surprised and yelled? Because her wish was come true! Sweet orange juice is raining! She is so happy. However all the others in her town feel so bad. Whatever, she is soo hyper because of sweat smell! That night, she wish more harder to sky snow candy. Next day, she wake up in expectation about the candy snow. Wow! Her wish come true for 2 times! When she is waiting school bus she is full of thinking to how explain that candy snow was her wish! Pit-a-pat, Pit-a-pat. As expected all the kids are talking about juice rain and candy snow. She overhear all the kids' talking. After she heard it, she can't tell about her wish to anyone because everybody thought juice rain and candy snow is a terrible disaster in the world and they are frightened. When she arrived to her town, village make some terrible smell and there are mouse and ants in everywhere.

          Then, she feel so sorry to all people and crying for all day. Suddenly, she fall in sleep. When she wake up, outside was raining. However, it was not a juice or candy just a normal rain. All the thing was a dream. She thought it was so lucky that it was a dream.

Reflective essay

          Have you ever been punished to others such as your parents, teachers, or your family members? Punishment is very painful and it can be hurt. However, not always all the punishment is just painful. Even if you are so painful and get hurt, you can get 'Empathy' to creature which you harmed. The movie 'Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter and Spring' shows good punishment of the old priest. One sunny day of the Spring, the young mock hanged the heavy rock to frog, fish and snake which he just caught in the forest. All the frog, fish and snake that he caught and hanged heavy rock cannot move anymore and they even died. However, the old priest observe the all situation happened in the forest and during that night while young mock sleeping he hang the heavy rock on the back of his body just like he did to animals. The old priest told him to save all the animals that he teased. Then he said if he didn't return all the things, it'll be your life's heaviest load. While he saving the animals, he realized how cruel he was and had empathy of animals.

          In this video, it shows fable with moral lesson of life and death. This is an example of good punishment and I think good punishment is one of the way we can learn something is very precious and important in our life.

          I have been punished from others many times with the way of scolding or having a communication. Not the all the punishment was very helpful to me but some of them realized me and made me never do bad thing what I just do, next time.
It was a story happened when I was really young.(:kindergartner age) I was playing around sofa with my  sister and we go up on the sofa and tried to lie but sofa was not much big size to lie and have some rest with my sister. As a result, I was really sleepy, tired and also angry. I pushed my sister under my sofa. Finally, she dropped over floor and her bone was broken. I was really shocked that I cannot play with her. I just thought only playing because I was so young to understand other things. Thus, I take care of her everyday and I wanted to cry while I'm taking care of her because my sister looked hurt and uncomfortable because of me. First, i just did it for playing with her but after a while I was frustrated that i did horrible things to her. It was not an actual punishment that other ordered to me but I was so sorry to see she was in trouble and it was the most unbearable and hard punishment that I had before and also until now.
If the first story is teaching how injuring other can be harmful to other and also me, this second story strongly realize me about my conceit. I'm till regretting what did like that. When I was a 4th grader. I was participating at speech contest as a class representative. I thought I was the best so whether I practice or not I could get 1st prize. However, this was totally wrong thought. As I said, I did not practice at all and when the contest started I forgot every single word of my speech and I ruined it and cried. I cried not because of resentment that I didn't get the prize. I was so sorry to myself and other who believed me. After this event whenever I participate at some contest, I practiced really hard. Consequently I didn't regret of the result and be satisfied and proud of myself that I worked really hard and did my best.

            Punishment is a very painful thing to bear it. Even though punishment is so painful to bear it, I think punishment is the biggest learning that I can get in my life. Many students didn't know the reason and truth of punishment and just be angry and blame one who scold them. Everybody should know the reason of punishing them is they love them and really want to fix your bad habit. Thank you, my parents, teachers, one who scold and punishment. Thank you one more time!

Hello, My name is Sarah. Do you know what’s the common thing between Elton John and Lady GaGa? Yes, Elton John and Queen Latifah have changed their names. How about you? or Have you ever seen who changed their name? Now days, many people changed their names and we want to talk about the entertainer who changed their names Thus we will tell you celebrities who changed their names and the reason they changed their names. 
Firstly, ​According to MBC program, 박시후’s real name is 박명호. But, it was hard to pronounce. Girl’s generation’s Sunny’s real name is 이순규 and Kara’s member Nicole’s real name is 정용주. Since, it was different with her image and it’s unique name. MBLAQ 미르’s real name is 방철용 because of name he was teased by friends. According to YTN, 장혜진's real name is 이남미 but, that time another entertainer name 이남미 was famous. So, people can confuse with her. And 제시카's real name was 정수영, 티파니's real name was 황미영, 리지's real name is 박수영, and 유이's real name is 김유진. There are names are too normal. We think people want to change their names because their original name sound bad. 
​Next, Now days, K-POP became popular and inside of them, there are the famous singer. First person is G-Dragon. He is the leader of group ‘Big Bang’. His real name is 권지용. He changed his name to give a strong image of name. G-Dragon’s G is belong from his first name gyun. Dragon belong from his last word of name Yong. Next person is 양파. Her real name is 이은진, onion always have a new skin when we peel it. Last person is Seven. His real name is 최동욱. Seven is a lucky number, so he will get our luck. From this research, sometimes famous entertainers need a strong image or impression to attract people’s attention. As a result, they changed their names. 
​ Lastly, I will tell you extra people who change their name. 유아인’s real name is 엄홍식. Dalshabet’s member 아영’s real name is 조자영. Actor 현빈’s real name is 김태평. Singer 이적’s real name is 이동준. Designer 앙드레김’s real name is 김복남. Lady GaGa’s real name is Stefani Joanne Germanotta. Elton John’s real name is Reginald Kenneth Dwight. George Michael’s real name is Georgios Kyriacos Panayiotou. YMCA - speech

Hello, everyone. My name is Sarah. As you see in this picture, they are very poor and hungry children. Then, do you know what kinds of things help this poor and hungry children? Yes, It's charities in the all over the world. Then, do you know this mark's charity? Yes, this is YMCA. From now one, we will talk about First, What is YMCA?, Second, Who get the YMCA's help? and Lastly, What kinds of activity that YMCA do? Okay, Let's get start it!

 

First at all, the YMCA was the young men's movement. 1844 in London, the capital of England, including a 22-year-old George Williams is an exercise that caused 12 young men and then this movement became bigger and it assembled world's famous charity called YMCA (The World Aliance of YMCAs). Today, this movement has grown into the largest youth undongche which is more than 10,000 organizations in 120 countries and more than 3,000 members.

 

Next, I want to tell you who gets help from others. every people could get help when they want. But, especially more then other the children get help from YMCA so I think adults don't want to be helped by people. And almost of people in the YMCA is teenager I think they want to help someone.

 

Lastly, I will explain about YMCA’s activities. They addresses issues affecting each community by developing programs and activities with special focus on young people in order to build a “human community of justice with love, peace and reconciliation for the fullness of life for all creation”. So the World Alliance of YMCA’s headquarters provides inspirational leadership, represents the global movement and facilitates cooperation among the national associations in the areas of Youth Empowerment, Movement Strengthening, Resource Mobilization, Communications/Branding and Constitution and Governance.

 

To Sum it all up, Today, We talked about "YMCA". We have lots of charities, but who person that need charities help is not finished, yet. Besides they're become higher. Only your happiness is good, happy, important, too. But If All of people became happy and good from your help, The more happiness come to your life and your mind. How to relieve stress

          Are you happy now? If you're not happy now, you have full of stress. Then, do you have solutions how to relive stress when you have a stress? When I feel very stressful, sleeping, watch a comic show or variety show and listening music make me feel better. First activity is to sleep. Since sleeping make me feel better, if I sleep I can't think anything. Other activity can make me more furious because I can think while doing something. As a result, if I have proper times sleeping is the best solution of it. Other reason of it is when I get up, I feel very fresh. This fresh feeling make me very happy and give me an energy to study. One of the activity which I like most is watching comic show or variety show. My parents don't allow to watch TV for free. It means if I watch TV everyday, I can't feel better after I watch TV but it's not. For this reason, variety show give me a free laughing and happiness. For example for variety show, 무한도전, 놀러와, 해피투게더 or extra things. The last activity is very good when I have no proper time to watch TV or sleeping. It is to listen my favorite music. It could be classic for others, but I like exciting and makes me lighthearted. When I listen musics I feel very excited so I can forget some bad things. Also, after I listen musics, I can study with enjoyment, too. It gave me very many good things. I think have some solution or activity when we feel bad is very important to everybody hence when we have stress we cannot have a stress for whole day. For me, sleeping, watching TV, listening music is very helpful to relieve stress.

My favorite movie director-speech

Hello, everyone~. My name is Sarah. Before beginning the presentation, I want you to answer my question. Do you know 'Sunny'? Not girl's generation's Sunny! The movie is called 'Sunny'? Then, do you know this movie's director? Yes, Sunny's director is Kang, Hyuong Chul but do you have a question like 'who is that movie's director?' You're not sure, right? Therefore, I want to explain this movie's director. First, I'll talk about movie director Kang, Hyuong Chul? Second, What kinds of movie that he made? Lastly, What kinds of prize that he got?

 

First of all, I will explain about the movies director Kang, Hyuong Chul. He debut with the movie called '과속 스캔들‘ in 2008. This movie got great success and got high regard. Therefore, he got attention to public as a rookie movie director. After 3 years, in 2011 he published a new movie 'Sunny'!

 

Next, As I said, he made the movie '과속스캔들 and Sunny. He only published two works though he became a famous movie director. Then, I will introduce these 2 movies' content very simply. Movie '과속스캔들' is about to succeed entertainer. While he hosting a radio program and some viewer appeared to him and she said 'he is her father'. Since then his life is going something wrong. Movie Sunny is about 7 girls now women's big friendship. They were the best friends but they forgot each other because of their busy life. One day, one of friends became to terminally ill patient and they meet each other.

 

Lastly, these 2 movies got great succeed and then he has success and he got many prizes. I will tell you the all prizes he got. 2009, he got the prize at 청룡영화 festival for rookie director and he got another prizes In 2009. That one is film critic association rookie director prize. Oh, they are another prize that he got in 2009. it is 백상예술대상's movie part scenario prize. Isn't it great? He got 3 prize in only one year! and the day before yesterday, He got the movie director prize at the 대종상 movie festival.

 

In the closing, while presenting I could realize that he is a great movie director. I don't want to be a movie director but I like to watch many movies. Therefore, I wish that I can see many movies which are able to give us happiness and impressing. Thank you for listening. I hope you enjoy my presentation.

My Duties

There are some jobs that you do in your house. It can be cleaning your room or chores that ordering from your parents. We called that duties(at home). Everybody has their own duties but it can be changed as their own circumstances and days' situation. For example, In this book, Moose had to be responsible of taking his sister with autism as his duty but I have a normal older sister. As a result, I didn't have any responsibility to take care of my sister. On the other hand, duties can be changed with days' difference or situation.

 

First of all, This is the most normal situation for havting duties. In one week, we separate it to Monday to Friday and the weekend. Most of the family do big cleaning up at weekend. I have to clean my room and my desk. Also, I clean a very simple place like shoe rack or bag display stand. Sometimes, when my sister goes to school trip, I arrange her desk, too.

 

Next situation is the holiday like Christmas, Chuseok, Luna New Year's day that all the families gather at the same place. Then, I have two younger brothers more. All the adults are busy to prepare the holiday food stuffs, therefore I need

to take care of my brothers. In a special case I can be cooking assistants for aunts. Some works is not dangerous and very simple I do that work.

 

Last one is a duty in spring, summer and winter vacation. Even now, I'm enjoying my winter vacation. This is the time for rest but, my parents are doing business at their office. Thus my duties are to keep increasing by days. I have to clean dishes, arrange whole kitchen after eating. If there's something very tough it is to clean and make desserts for my sister.

 

In conclusion, everybody has their own duties where and whenever. Imagine if you didn't do the jobs at your school or house. The rules are be confused. Consequently, to have and do our duties are very important. I hope you do your duties very well.

What I want or need

Hello, everyone. My name is Sarah. Before my speech, I will give you some time to think. Think that you are Brain in this book, do you think he should stop eating berries or continue eating more? I will choose to stop eating, because I think what I want is better than what I need.

 

First, you can die because of berries. According to my research, it said that If you repeat to eat berries and to vomit it consumes our body's water and you can die because of dehydration. Do you want to die for making you not starving just a little time. What will you choose? Dying or find new food?

 

Secondly, berries might contain harmful bacteria. Many of harmful bacteria make our body ill. For this, there are food poisoning, Chlamydia trachomatis' chlamydia, Vibrio cholerae's cholerae, Treptococcus's dental caries. diphtheria, leprosy, tuberculosis and typhoid.

 

Lastly, there are many foods that Brian can eat in the wild. In the book, Brian got fish and he cooked them in fire and if there are berries in the wild, it means there are other foods in it, isn't it? Also, he can eat weird warms to survive.

 

To wrap up, eating berries for not to starving for a little time make your life danger. Do you want to eat more berries, or stop berries. Choosing is yours but I prefer to stop eating., Thank you for listening.

Perfect Weekend I wonder

Many of the people like weekend between weekday and weekend. However, every weekend cannot be your best weekend, so everybody wonder about perfect weekend each person want. Also, I am wondering about my own perfect and wonderful weekend, too. This is the story about my terrific weekend.

         Now is sunny and fresh morning. All the family members oversleep and I woke up. (;Others are still sleeping.) I go to living room and sit down on the sofa and start to watch morning news. News said weather is so good to go to picnic. Oh, my mother woke up and pretending the breakfast. Finally, my dad and sister woke up and start to eat breakfast. Menu of the breakfast is morning sandwich. Everybody feel so full so we have a time to rest and drinking tea. While we rest, I suggest to go picnic to my mom, but they say no. My idea is failed though I suggest another idea. It is to go to voluntary service which to teach Korean to old man and women. My mom say yes and we start to make a plan of voluntary service. Preparation is done! We drive to senior welfare center for 1 hour and do the service to grandma and grandpa. Hard and Hard service is finish and we eat dinner with center’s family. When we drive at home, all the family members are yawn, but we feel proud to ourselves.

         In the conclusion, I hope the precious weekend to help other people. To make this story to true is little bit hard but I will always try to help other in weekend.

Valuable Asset

There are such as beautiful mind each person has. We can call it to ‘Valuable Asset’. Valuable Asset can be your things but it can be the view of your life or a strong mind. Also, I have 3 strong minds which give me a power and energy to live happily with them.

         First asset is to being positive. I think being positive makes our life totally different. First at all, I always had been negative. As a result it made troubles between me and my family. I always had been opposed to other. One day, I felt terribly tedious about fighting with family and I don’t like to make troubles with my family. Thus, I try to be always positive and be happy. It makes me enjoy doing all the things.

         Second asset is to challenge. There are some popular sayings that are connected with challenge. It is ‘A failure is mother of success’. To my knowledge, I think it means challenging is very important and without many failures, there’s no success. Consequently, I always try to challenge many as I can. However, it makes much disappointment if I failed. I’d been sad but I suddenly thought that I became stronger and stronger and learned something precious after challenge.

         Last asset to me is humor. I don’t know that I am a humorous person or not. For that, I’m just trying to be always humorous person and be happy with a smile. I think I hate to be bored, so I just want to be a humorous person and don’t be a boring person. I think this is the part which I am improving and trying to be like this.

         To wrap up, being positive, to challenge, and to be a humorous person are very important and they’ll be my valuable assets. I think to have my own asset is very important. Hence, in my case I stay and live much harder after having the assets.

Kony 2012

          Have you ever seen the video called 'Kony 2012'? It became a huge issue in our society and it was watched by more than ten million viewers. Kony 2012 is a viral video, a short movie to make Kony popular. Director of this film met 'Jacob' who was one of the children kidnapped by Kony and became a children soldier in army of kony's 8 years ago and he made this film to help Jacob and other children. He worked for 8 or 9 years on Facebook and now finally many facebook users and social networking people were shocked and started to react. Then, they made a facebook community to protect kids and make him popular. To tell how cruel kony is and how he kidnapped not just 20 or something, he kidnapped over 30000 kids. Also he made them kill their own parents just to maintain his power. This film is of good purpose. However, I think it's not and this project is not proper for solving the problem.


          First argument is about money. In this video, he want people to donate some money to 'help kids' and more than 8 million people believed him and donated their money to 'help kids' who were in trouble. Though many people contributed their money for 'KIDS', the leader of this project only sent 30% of contributed money to Uganda. Many people predicts that other 70% of money of money is used for his personal things or other stupid UCC he made. Other video was for advertising and it's kind of music video of their song. They used so many people to make it, even if it is not an essential part of it, they wasted so much money and they didn't use it in a useful way.

          Second argument is the mental stress they can get while they are directing, planning and going in action, many people will get serious psychological stress. Some of you guys will probably think it's not true and is just a prediction. However, it really happened. There are 3 men who made and led them, and one man got crazy and got some metal disease. It is possible, so it can be very dangerous to all volunteers who are participating this programme. Because of so many hard working and it is not easy to figure out. They can have red light on their psychological health.

          Last argument is that this plan is not really helpful to them and is just wasting their precious time. Do you know where this event happened? It happened in Uganda, but Uganda is a pretty safe place. In addition, I really need to say it that he is not in Uganda at all and also we don't know he is still working or not. He might be still working, he might NOT. If he stopped these things already, they will make such a huge loss. Also, Kony problem is not really serious, if there are enough money and time to invest you'd better to use these things to other problem which is a more severe problem in Africa.

          To wrap up, even 'Kony 2012' is for good purpose, it's not really helpful to avoid kid from danger and you should consider cautiously that it can be really advantageous to children. Please think carefully. Also, kony problem is not really serious so donating money can't be used in a useful way.
