How to relieve stress


          Are you happy now? If you're not happy now, you have full of stress. Then, do you have solutions how to relive stress when you have a stress? When I feel very stressful, sleeping, watch a comic show or variety show and listening music make me feel better. First activity is to sleep. Since sleeping make me feel better, if I sleep I can't think anything. Other activity can make me more furious because I can think while doing something. As a result, if I have proper times sleeping is the best solution of it. Other reason of it is when I get up, I feel very fresh. This fresh feeling make me very happy and give me an energy to study. One of the activity which I like most is watching comic show or variety show. My parents don't allow to watch TV for free. It means if I watch TV everyday, I can't feel better after I watch TV but it's not. For this reason, variety show give me a free laughing and happiness. For example for variety show, 무한도전, 놀러와, 해피투게더 or extra things. The last activity is very good when I have no proper time to watch TV or sleeping. It is to listen my favorite music. It could be classic for others, but I like exciting and makes me lighthearted. When I listen musics I feel very excited so I can forget some bad things. Also, after I listen musics, I can study with enjoyment, too. It gave me very many good things. I think have some solution or activity when we feel bad is very important to everybody hence when we have stress we cannot have a stress for whole day. For me, sleeping, watching TV, listening music is very helpful to relieve stress.
